The Photo Studio

Rule&Level Studio provides a natural light filled photo studio and a tabletop prop house under one roof.


The studio was created with an emphasis on cookbook and product photography, offering a large collection of textured, tile, metal, and wood surfaces. Our prop collection has been curated by professional prop stylists, with new pieces added regularly. The studio also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with new appliances and ample food prep and work space.

The Props

Enter the prop shop. This continuously growing collection was curated by prop stylists. We specialize in collecting props that are unique, timeless and will look good on camera. You’re going to have fun discovering all the different pieces that you can use.

We’re always sourcing for new items too so you’ll always find something fresh when you come in.

The Surface Library

Choose from our in-house surface library - we’ve got neutrals, patinaed metals, tiles, stones surfaces, a rainbow of colors and textures and so many different aged wood surfaces.

The Photo Studio

Our 600 sq. foot studio is perfect for tabletop shoots. The studio is a converted storefront which makes for easy load-in and out.

The pricelist

  • Just the essentials -$600 / 10 hrs

    This is our budget-friendly studio rental option.

    Our basic studio rental includes the studio and grip package, full use of the kitchen.

    You have the option to rent individual props and surfaces for an additional fee.

    A single surface costs $45, and props are available for 30% of their retail price.

  • Full studio rental - $1100/ 10 hrs

    What’s included? EVERYTHING!

    This is our best value and you get a whole lot of bang for your buck. Have a ton of shots and little to no time to do it - this is your best option.

    Unlimited access to the entire studio, including all the props, our surface library, the kitchen and everything in it.

  • Weekly Special - $4,400

    Take advantage of this special offer and book the studio with everything included for a full 5 days, Monday through Friday, at the price of 4 days.

    This is a great deal for cookbook shoots and quarterly social media shoots.
