Have fun with all the props and Cosita surfaces because everything in the studio is included in your booking.

*Surfacehaus surfaces not included in this package - book The Complete Package to access everything our studio has to offer.

If you have specific props/surfaces in mind, please reserve them prior to your shoot so we can be sure to have them available for you.

Our studio is shared with our prop-house, the shooting area is privately separated by curtains.

Rate - $1100/10 hours

Studio hours are 8 am - 8 pm.

50% rental fee to secure booking

10 person maximum in the studio. Any shoot larger than 10 people is an additional $400.

24 to 48 hours prior to confirmed rental date: 50% refunded of total rental fee.
Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Prior shoot day load in/grocery drop off for an additional fee of $75 / maximum of 1 hour.
$250 for pre-light and prop set ups/ maximum 2 hours.

Client agrees to leave premises and contents of the studio in the same condition they were upon arrival and is responsible for any damages to property, props and/or surfaces.
